PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an international telephone conversation system for enabling a user to conduct an inexpensive overseas telephone conversation, eliminating the need for charges corresponding to the distance and the time, by using a dedicated IP network provided between one and the same or partnered carrier.;SOLUTION: An overseas side repeater 5 connected to the Internet N2 and a domestic side repeater 6 connected to a carrier IP network N1 are provided between the Internet N2 and the carrier IP network N1, and a port of the overseas-side repeater 5 is connected to a port of the domestic side repeater 6 with a fixed wire. Transmission from an overseas side telephone terminal 2 is once received by the overseas-side repeater 5 and then, transferred to the domestic-side repeater 6 via the connection port, and the domestic repeater 6 makes the transmission to a domestic-side telephone terminal 1 to thereby establish a communication line from the overseas side to the domestic side. Transmission from the domestic-side telephone terminal 1 is once received by the domestic-side repeater 6 and then, transferred to the overseas-side repeater 5, and the overseas-side repeater 5 makes the transmission to the overseas-side telephone terminal 2 to thereby establish a communication line from the domestic side to the overseas side.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
