PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish a stable human cell line exhibiting resistance to high-concentration cisplatin(CDDP), and to provide a method for screening a CDDP-resistant human oral cavity cancer curative and a method for overcoming the resistance each using such a human cell line. PSOLUTION: The CDDP-resistant cell line, an oral cavity squamous carcinoma cell, is provided, being characterized by that the expression of a specific protein is at 0.5 time or less than that of a CDDP-nonadministered carcinoma cell or the expression of another specific protein is at 1.5 times or greater than that of the CDDP-nonadministered carcinoma cell. A CDDP susceptibility enhancer or a preventive or curative for CDDP-resistant oral cavity cancer using these specific proteins or genes encoding the same is provided.
