PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the reliable reuse method of a turbine moving blade by reducing the weight or volume of the turbine moving blade per se when reusing the moving blade scrapped owing to the occurrence of the material deterioration and damage caused by the operation.;SOLUTION: In the reuse method of the turbine moving blade damaged such as the reduction in thickness, etc. resulting from the material deterioration, crack, wear, high-temperature oxidation and corrosion, after the predetermined period usage, the turbine moving blade is used by mechanically removing and repairing the area including the crack of the moving turbine within the scope where the reduced amount in the weight and the volume of the moving blade does not exceed the design tolerance, and reducing the weight or volume per one moving blade compared with a new blade or the blade before repaired.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
