PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide flake copper powder securing the stability in the viscosity of conductive slurry using the powder as a conductive filler, improving the sintering properties of the copper particles composing the powder, and further, capable of preventing the generation of cracks in a substrate coated with the conductive slurry.;SOLUTION: Flake copper powder comprising flake copper grains provided with an oxide copper coat layer characterized in that the flake copper grains are coated with copper oxide in the ratio of 0.4 to 5 wt% oxygen and 0.15wt% carbon to the total weight 100% of the copper powder, is provided as a conductive filler. The conductive paste comprising the flake copper powder has excellent adhesion with a fired substrate and excellent change resistance with the lapse of time (stability with the lapse of time) in paste viscosity.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
