PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for creating a program guide of programs, such as a television for printing, and a radio receiver and, moreover, a technology for distributing service information using the program guide printed by the creation technology.;SOLUTION: With the program guide forming device, flag information on whether the content of the broadcast program is undecidedness or decision is related to for every program frame first, and acquired. And, the updating management of information, such as the content of the program, is performed with time duration progress, the flag information is made to update according to the decision of the content. At the time point of printing being performed, an identification code is given to the program frame related with the undecided flag information. It is performing such processing. Thus, it becomes possible for the content to distinguish whether or not it is undecided for every program frame and to perform the updating management, and both can be distinguished and printed at the time of printing.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
