PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To verify validity of information disclosed while enhancing the convenience for an inquiry responding person.;SOLUTION: A classification information change sharing means 32 manages a shared classification list, and an information disclosing means 41 discloses information related to classes of the classification list that is requested for browsing through a communication network 10. When inquiry responses to inquiries from other than a Web site are performed according to classes of the classification list, an inquiry responding history recording means 21 records the inquiry responses as response history for every class.
