PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust temperature when transferring a dope and to prevent generation of a gel-like substance.;SOLUTION: Using TAC as a polymer, a dope 15 is prepared. The dope 15, which is kept warm in a transfer device 30, is transferred. In the transfer device 30, the temperature of the dope 15 is controlled by a heat transfer medium 36. A passage 35 of the heat transfer medium 36 is formed between a cylinder 31 and a jacket 34. The jacket 34 is attached to flanges 32 and 33 for joining to form a full jacket. A heat transfer medium 36 is supplied into the full jacket to keep temperatures of the flanges 32 and 33 at the same level as that of the cylinder 31. Therefore, the transfer device 30 has no low temperature part and can keep the temperature of the dope 15 constant, thereby preventing the generation of the gel-like substance which is more likely to grow out of an associated substance formed around the low temperature part.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
