COLD-PRESS-WELDING METHOD, COLD-PRESS-WELDING APPARATUS, METAL JUNCTION BODY, AND DIE FOR COLD-PRESS-WELDING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid generation of irregularity in the shape and the size of a metal junction body.;SOLUTION: Jigs 30, 40 are provided with regulation parts 34, 42 regulating such deformation as to enlarge the projection shapes of a terminal fitting 10 and a bus bar 20 viewed in the direction of die pressing. The terminal fitting 10 and the bus bar 20 that are set in the jigs 30, 40 are pressed by a die 50 to manufacture a conduction path A. The terminal fitting 10 and the bus bar 20 are not deformed in a way that their projection shapes viewed in the direction of die pressing are enlarged when setting the terminal fitting 10 and the bus bar 20 in the jigs 30, 40 and pressing them with the die 50, so that no irregularity occurs in the shape and the size of the conduction path A.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
