PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for estimating generated steam of a waste heat recovery boiler that can establish a physical model of a combined cycle power generation facility by constructing a physical model of the waste heat recovery boiler allowing the estimation of the state quantity of generated steam from the state quantity of led-in exhaust gas.;SOLUTION: In the method of estimating generated steam, optimum values of flow rates Flp, Fhp of low pressure main steam and high pressure main steam, pressure and temperature Tlp, Thp are computed such that an objective function E approaches zero, for instance, wherein the objective function E stores beforehand, as parameters, deviation between a computed value Tg_in of a boiler inlet temperature of exhaust gas and a predetermined set value (or a measured value) Tg_in_d, deviation between a heat transfer quantity Q2_a computed from the inlet-outlet temperature difference of exhaust gas and the inlet-out temperature difference of water-steam in a low pressure evaporator 17, and deviation between a heat transfer quantity Q4_a computed from the inlet-outlet temperature difference of exhaust gas or the inlet-outlet temperature difference of water-steam and a heat transfer quantity Q4_b computed from the exhaust gas-water temperature difference.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
