PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reliable device improved in efficiency and facilitated in control when boring.;SOLUTION: While a paper sheet passes through a dividing claw, a change-over means is driven to complete switching of a conveying route before a tip of a following paper sheet reaches the dividing claw. With this structure, high productivity is available. When the dividing claw switching time is T (step S271), a distance of approach of the paper sheet during the dividing claw switching time T is D (step S272) and position on this side of the dividing claw position by the distance D is P (step S273), the dividing claw is switched when the paper sheet rear end passes through the described position P (step S274), and a check whether a job is completed or not is done (step S279).
