PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive spring water disposal member having extremely high workability and enable dew proofing by using a stainless steel corrugated plate as a spring water disposal material of a side wall of a basement in comparison with conventional technology of laying spring water disposal materials on a floor surface, that is, a bottom slab without considering spring water disposal of a wall surface at all which reduces workability and increases cost and becomes useless specifically because of difficult processing of joints in horizontal and vertical directions when using, for example, the spring water disposal member on a wall surface. PSOLUTION: In a spring water disposal device of the side wall of the basement, the spring water disposal material is provided on a whole surface of a side wall 2 of the basement or a part thereof, and uneven parts of the corrugated plate are partially overlapped at the joint in a horizontal direction, and the joint in a vertical direction is formed by a water disposal fitting 3 or by a longitudinal connection method of the uneven part, and the whole is formed of the stainless steel corrugated plate and an insulating material is installed on the spring water disposal material.
