PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To implement a schedule calculation technique (referred to as a minimum hospital visit path) that minimizes the number of hospital visits by grouping examinations performable on the same day. PSOLUTION: An appointment block-assignment support program causes a computer to function as a reception means for receiving a plurality of examination items of a patient, a search means for grouping two or more of the plurality of examination items received by the reception means and searching for appointment slots assigning the grouped examination items to the same day by reference to appointment slot data managing the status of appointment slots for each examination item, and a decision means for deciding appointment dates of the plurality of examination items including the appointment slots found by the search means.
