PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sample positioning fixture for a glow discharge emission spectral analysis capable of inexpensively, easily, and accurately positioning a sample at a desired measuring point.;SOLUTION: The sample positioning fixture 12 is used together with a transparent plate 17 that has a disk shape with a diameter equal to that of the supporting section 2 and has a mark 17c in the center of the face 17a on the front side in order to analyze an arbitrary measuring point 6b on a measuring face 6a of a plate-like sample 6 with the glow discharge emission spectral analysis device 1 provided with a glow discharge tube 11 having an anode tube 3d and a disk-like supporting section 2 that is coaxial with the anode tube 3d and on which a measuring face 6a of the sample 6 abuts. The sample positioning fixture 12 has a plate-like holding section 14 where the backside 6e of the sample 6 is stuck on the face 14a, and an abutting section 13 that extends in the normal direction from the face 14a of the holding section 14, is butted on a side face of the transparent plate 17 and a side face of the supporting section 2, and is positioned.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
