QUALITY CONTROL SYSTEM, QUALITY CONTROL METHOD AND QUALITY-CONTROLLING DATABASE FORMING METHOD

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To store a history of quality control and data related to quality, and to provide them in a form usable by a supplier and a purchaser to provide a server, a quality control system, a quality control method and a quality-controlling database forming method, for sharing a quality problem in real time. PSOLUTION: In this quality control system S, shipment inspection data as the quality data inputted from a supplier terminal 30 are stored in a database of the server 10, and the server 10 performs a statistic process to automatically generate a control diagram. The control diagram and the quality data can be immediately monitored from a purchaser terminal 20 and the supplier terminal 30. Appearance of an abnormal value in the control diagram is automatically detected, and an abnormality occurrence notification mail is transmitted to a related person from the server 10.
