PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing result trouble notification system capable of processing quickly and improving judgment precision while considering security, and to provide a client/printing result trouble notification program. PSOLUTION: Whenever a customer conducts printing by a printer 7, a real printing result (real printing result information) is stored at the real printing result memory of a controller 3. Wherein, the real printing result is an image data generated by scanning the printed matter with a scanner 7a. When troubles occur in the printing image quality of the printer 7, the controller 3 selects whether the real printing result information is transmitted to a management computer 1 or not. Namely, the controller 3 conducts test printing if confidential information etc. is included in the real printing result, and transmits a test print result (test print result information) to the management computer 1, in place of the real printing result.
