PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emergency rescue notice system whereby who takes part in rescue activities is recognized and which is usable without the need for advance registration. PSOLUTION: A mobile terminal 4 of a rescue requester uses a particular number to transmit emergency situation notice information to an emergency rescue notice apparatus 3 in order to request the rescue. A wireless base station 6 detects connection by the particular number, informs mobile terminals whose positions are registered about the rescue request, mobile terminals 5 of rescue activators receive the notice, and transmit rescue activity execution information to the emergency rescue notice apparatus 3. The emergency rescue notice apparatus 3 receives a result of the selection of the rescue activator, transmits rescue activity instruction information to a terminal 5a of a selected rescue activator A, transmits rescue activity unnecessary information to a terminal 5b of a rescue activator B that is not selected, and the terminal 5a of the rescue activator A transmits rescue activity status information to the emergency rescue notice apparatus 3.
