PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably supply of power of different quality in one distribution line, without having to reform existing distribution lines.;SOLUTION: This device, used for a method of supplying single-phase load with power different in quality, is equipped with a means which preserves power unit price separately for each power phase, a quantity-of-power-by-phase input means which inputs the quantity of electricity of each phase, a power-unit-price by-phase operating means which changes the above power unit price, based on the quantity of electricity of each phase inputted by the quantity-of-electricity-by-phase input means, and a power phase switching means which outputs a power phase switching command to the power facility of a customer concerned, according to the request for power phase change of the customer.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
