PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underwater dobber capable of surely leading a terminal tackle to the bottom of desired depth under water surface or sea surface and floating the terminal tackle at the position of the bottom and capable of always expecting high yield of caught fishes and the terminal tackle using the underwater dobber.;SOLUTION: The underwater dobber 1A for fishing is composed of a dobber body 2 having an egg form, an ellipsoid form or nearly ellipsoidal form and having a threading hole and a sinker 3 provided in the dobber body 2 and used for sinking the dobber body 2 in an underwater prescribed depth position and floating the dobber body 2 in the depth position and in the vicinity of the depth position.
