PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging material, a packaging bag, a packaged product and the like used for filling and packaging the content, developing an oxygen capturing function for sufficiently capturing oxygen present or generated in a package and useful for protecting the quality of the content.;SOLUTION: This heat-sealable multilayered laminated film is constituted of a coextruded film composed of at least five layers and characterized in that the first layer, which constitutes the surface layer of the film, and the fifth layer, which constitutes the back layer thereof, comprise low density polyethylenic resin layers, the second and fourth layers of the film comprise a polypropylene resin layer and the third layer which constitutes the core layer of the film comprises an oxygen absorbent resin layer based on a resin composition containing an oxidizable resin and a transition metal catalyst.
