PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method for detecting tilting of a trough with high accuracy without being influenced by temperature and dust.;SOLUTION: Trough load is measured in a lowermost position of an annular track descending in a curve at an ore discharge part, and a measured value and a preset threshold of load are compared. In the case of satisfying the measured value ≥ the threshold, it is determined that the trough is tilted, and in the case of satisfying the measured value the threshold, it is determined that the trough is not tilted.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
