PSOLUTION: In the method and the apparatus, a hydrated crushed stone powder having an average particle size of 3.5 mm or smaller is sucked into a jet water flow, transferred, while being polished, to collide with a partition plate 51, reduced in pressure, kneaded and polished, then fed to a sieving screen 6 to separate crushed stone particles of an average particle size of 3.5 mm or larger to be carried out, and a slurry including crushed stone particles of an average particle size of 3.5 mm or smaller is fed into a primary cyclone 9 to be separated into a solid component of a particle size of 3.5 mm-0.075 mm and a mud component containing fine particles of 0.075 mm or smaller, then the solid component is dehydrated to be carried out as the artificial sand for ready-mixed concrete, the mud component is fed into a secondary cyclone 15 to be centrifugally separated into the fine particles of particle size of 0.075 mm or smaller and the mud water component, and the fine particles are dehydrated to be carried out, and the mud water component is transferred for another use as a dehydrated cake.
