PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving simulator or the like with which various and natural traffic environment is expressed by making action of each object which appears in scenario be performed autonomously, and a new scenario is easily constituted.;SOLUTION: When an operator drives a moving object for driving simulation in a virtual scene, other moving objects move as surrounding environment. Each moving object acknowledges and predicts a surrounding state by the surrounding environmental data in a presumption stage, and determines the action to be taken next, according to the result and characteristic of a moving object characteristic data associated with each moving object in an action judgement stage. Each moving object takes action given by an action data which is determined by a motion determination section in an action stage. The operator can see the action by the surrounding environment and each moving object characteristic, when the moving object exists within sight of a viewing field and the natural traffic environment is realized. By changing the characteristic of the moving object characteristic data, user's own scenario can be created within its range.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
