PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user with highly precise person recognition results by correcting recognition results even if the same person is erroneously recognized as a plurality of different persons.;SOLUTION: This person recognition system for recognizing a person included in each of a plurality of images is provided with a person recognizing part for recognizing a plurality of persons included in each of the plurality of images, an exclusion detecting part for detecting two persons who are not included in any of the plurality of images among a plurality of persons included in at least a part of the plurality of images, and a correcting part for deciding that the two persons detected by the exclusion detecting part are the same person, and for correcting the recognition results by the person recognizing part.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
