PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system etc. concerning the return of profits in user participation type merchandise development.;SOLUTION: A new idea is invited on a Web site, and advocates for the new idea are invited. After the idea is adopted, a server 1 grants privilege to an inventor and the advocates(hereinafter called as participants). After the selling of developed merchandise, when the merchandise is additionally sold in expectation of more profits, the server 1 further grants privilege to participants who have invited persons who want to purchase the merchandise.
