RENTAL CONTRACT METHOD

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely transfer a rental contract without requiring presence of clients on both sides. PSOLUTION: This rental contract method is provided with a terminal 1 installed in a trade company A serving as a client of a rental company C for creating an application content for transfer of a rental item, a contract processing device 2 installed in a trade company B side serving as a client of the rental company C for receiving the application content, and a terminal 3 installed in the rental company C and capable of communicating with the terminal 1 and the contract processing device 2. The rental contract method includes a procedure in which the terminal 1 transmits the transfer application content of the rental item to the terminal 3, a procedure in which the terminal 1 transmits the transfer application content to the contract processing device 2, a procedure in which the contract processing device 2 transmits a confirmation signal based on the transfer application content to the terminal 3, and a procedure in which the terminal 3 registers transfer of the rental item in receipt of the confirmation signal.
