PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of peeling jig and green chip for easily separating the external region and a plurality of green chips.;SOLUTION: The peeling jig 30 is used for peeling a plurality of green chips from a sheet type supporting material which is formed by bonding the sheet type laminated body including an internal region constituted with a plurality of laminated ceramic green sheets formed of a plurality of internal circuit elements arranged in two dimensions, and divided into a plurality of green chips corresponding to such internal circuit elements and an external region where the internal circuit elements are not formed. In the peeling jig 30, a setting surface 31 is provided for setting the sheet type laminated body, and an aperture 32 corresponding to the internal region is formed to this setting surface part.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
