PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To associate trace control information with read data information without using data access information as index information when tracing a loading instruction. PSOLUTION: A trace control circuit 15 receives the ID (AID) of loading/storing buffer 104 for storing data access information at the time of load instruction execution. Then, trace control information TC is generated based on the received data access information, and a buffer for storing generated trace control information TC according to the received AID is selected from the trace control buffers 153A to 153D. Subsequently, the ID (RID) of the loading/storing buffer used to execute the read data information and the load instruction after the load instruction is executed is received.
