PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a barbecue cooker for cooking oven dishes such as bread and a roast bird, and smoked dishes of fish, ham, or the like.;SOLUTION: A front face of a cooker oven 1 is provided with a front plate 2 with a window 2a for providing a drawer 8 at a lower part of the cooker oven 1. A back face and both side faces of the cooker oven 1 are provided with a back face plate 3, and a right side face plate 4 and a left side face plate 5. A bottom face plate 6 is provided abutting on the respective bottom sides of the front plate 2 with the window, the back face plate 3, the right side face plate 4 and the left side face plate 5. Further, a door 7 that can form an opening/closing oven chamber with a clearance for storing food, tableware, or the like is provided at the outside face of the back face plate 3 using hinges 7a.
