PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of telephone communication with improved safety and conveniences by dividing into a telephone that is not necessary for a receiver side, such as transfer fraud and business in commodity sales (outbound sale), and a telephone necessary for the receiver side, by performing substitute service for receiving a telephone that a company/organization/personal home utilizes in call center service, and to provide a system without requiring the generation of new public line utilization charges and a change in a telephone number for a user, such as the company/organization/personal home.;SOLUTION: A call center system is provided, which can cope with additional service, for example, for enabling one who is engaged at the call center to receive a telephone instead of the user by transferring a telephone received by the call center and the company/organization/personal home to the call center to determine the propriety of the call to the user, and to intervene in a call for advice by installing a repeating installation via the Internet at a telephone installation location at the user's side.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
