That is to say, reaction of anti-mu neutrino νμ* with a hydrogen ion H+, νμ*+H+→μ++n, is carried out, wherein μ+ is a positive muon and n is a neutron. Nextly, H++n→D+ is anticipated in a hydrogen ion flow, wherein D+ is a heavy hydrogen ion.
