PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily manageable powdery food additive pharmaceutical preparation containing a fatty acid ester. PSOLUTION: The powdery food additive pharmaceutical preparation contains the fatty acid ester and defatted soybean powder. It is all right that at least one kind of compound selected from the group consisting of gluconolactone, lactide, fumaric acid, adipic acid and succinic acid is covered with the fatty acid esther and mixed with defatted soybean powder.
