PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insertion rod of a snap tap adhesion core inserted from a main pipe hole part to be a water pass to a snap tap through a snap tap water pass and adhering on a hole wall to prevent a pipe outer diameter part from touching water, and preventing generation of rust on the hole wall at a time of installation of the snap tap provided in a branched pipe base part and controlling water supply to the branched pipe when water is supplied with branching off of a main pipe of water pipe to the branched pipe, and a method for installing the snap tap adhesion core using the same.;SOLUTION: A pressing flange 41 of an insertion rod upper part is constructed in a taper surface of approaching out angles corresponding to specifications of a core member upper end part, expanded open shape and crushed shape, total length of a core member support surface is defined with corresponding to a core member of the longest specifications, and a support groove 47 corresponding to unique specifications, a support taper surface, a stop head at a lower end are provided on a support surface.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
