PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve the enhancement of strength of an FRP molded product and the shortening of a molding time by raising molding pressure and a molding temperature and increasing a molding speed in a hand lay-up method. PSOLUTION: In the molding method of the FRP molded product by the hand lay-up method, a process of the hand lay-up method is performed by preparing a mold (S1-S4). Glass cloth is laid in the mold (S5) to cast an unsaturated polyester resin, a curing agent and a curing accelerator in the mold, the surface of the cast composition is leveled using a coating roller by a worker (S6), a glass mat is laid on the formed laminate (S7) to cast the unsaturated polyester resin on the laminate, lamination for leveling the surface of the cast layer is performed for 5 min using the coating roller by the worker (S8) and this operation is repeated for about 1 hr until the formed laminate becomes a predetermined thickness to complete the lamination. A pressing machine equipped with an electric heater is placed on the laminate to press the laminate under a pressure of about 0.7 kgf/cmSP2/SPwhile heating the same to about 140C (S9). The air in the laminate is expelled to bring the laminate to a dense structure and the laminate is heated at a high temperature to obtain the FRP molded product having a high strength.
