PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display an animation at an appropriate frame rate adapted to the temperature of a monitor having temperature dependency on an animation display rate. PSOLUTION: The animation display device 1 is equipped with the monitor 15 for displaying the animation, a temperature sensor 11 for measuring the temperature of the monitor, an animation controller 12 for determining the frame rate based on the temperature-frame rate information making the temperature of the monitor and the optimum frame rate at this temperature correspondent to each other and a decoder 14 for converting the frame rate of the animation to be displayed on the monitor 15 to the determined frame rate.
