PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gelidium jelly colored pink, to provide a food including the gelidium jelly, and to provide a method for producing the pink gelidium jelly.;SOLUTION: The gelidium jelly colored pink is colored with a red pigment. The gelidium jelly may be produced as a food filled in a container with an acidic pink aqueous solution containing a red pigment and a vinegar.
