PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To confirm the position and time in collection and disposal of discharged industrial waste by an objective fact.;SOLUTION: The verification system of position and time in treatment process of industrial waste comprises a manifest information communication means 1 having the function of reading individual label information of industrial waste and transmitting position information received from a GPS satellite in the site to a manifest management server with the individual label information; a position measurement information communication means 4 having the function of transmitting position measurement information received from the GPS satellite 2 to a verification organization server 5; a certification organization server for recording and managing the position measurement information transmitted from the position measurement information communication means while adding time information certifiable by an objective fact, and transmitting position/time certification information based on the position measurement information and the time information to the manifest management server; and a manifest management server 6 recording and managing the position information and individual label information 3 received from the manifest information communication means in conformation with the position/time certification information received from the certification organization server.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
