PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an economical solution method by controlling motors for funnels and/or spindles in response to spinning conditions in large freedom as much as possible without severely controlling or adjusting as much as possible, in order to avoid a problem on the employment of thin bobbins, a problem on the exchange of bobbins having small outer peripheries for those having large outer peripheries, and a problem occurring at a weak place of a spun yarn.;SOLUTION: All spindle-driving motors and all balloon-limiting sleeve-driving motors are connected to common frequency converters, respectively, and the revolution of the balloon-limiting sleeve-driving motors and the revolution of the spindle-driving motors can automatically mutually independently adjusted in response to torques.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
