MICROORGANISM FOR FERMENTING/DECOMPOSING/TREATING COW DUNG AND METHOD FOR TREATING COW DUNG

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microorganismic preparation for deodorizing and composting cow dung in a good efficiency, and a method for deodorizing and composting the cow dung in the good efficiency by using the microorganismic preparation. PSOLUTION: This method for deodorizing and composting the cow dung in a short time is provided by adding the cow dung-treating microorganism preparation prepared from 1 kind or 2 kinds of Bacillus subtilis, Bacillus thuringiensis and Bacillus megatherium belonging to the genus Bacillus each having a potential of decomposing/treating the cow dung in the presence of plant oils and fats and an ammonia source, and buckwheat chaff, saw dusts and wood chips to the cow dung together with the plant oils and fats and the ammonia source, fermenting and performing intermittent turn over during the fermenting period. In the cow dung fermentation-treated material completing the fermentation/treatment, a very useful effect without recognizing the survival of any insect such as acarids is found out.
