PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning-cost evaluation system economical for users of the system. PSOLUTION: The cleaning-cost evaluation system calculating an estimated cleaning cost required for cleaning contaminated soil of an evaluation object is provided with a database 2 storing the respective attributes and cleaning costs of the precedents of the past cleaning results, an inputting means 1 for inputting the respective attributes of the evaluation object, a degree-of-similarity calculating means 3-1 calculating the degree of similarity between the evaluation object and the precedents based on the comparison of the respective attributes of the evaluation object inputted by the inputting means and the respective attributes of the precedents stored in the database, and a cleaning-cost calculating means 3-2 calculating the estimated cleaning cost of the evaluation object based on the degree of similarity calculated by the degree-of-similarity calculating means and the cleaning cost of the precedents.
