PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To satisfactorily keep security intensity under satisfactory authentication efficiency and user's usage efficiency.;SOLUTION: Random number values in each column of a random number table card and a collation object matrix at the time of authentication are correlated to authentication IDs and passwords and stored in a storage device 120. A request for inputting information relating to the authentication IDs, the passwords and the random number values in the collation object matrix in the random number table card is transmitted to a client device 200. Then, the authentication IDs, the passwords and the random number values of the collation object matrix in the random number table card, which are returned from the client device 200, are obtained at a time. The obtained authentication IDs, passwords and random number values derived from the crient device are collated with the authentication IDs, the password and random number values of the collation object matrix in the storage device 120 to determine whether they are all in agreement with each other.
