Then, a predetermined amount of resin 4 to be hardened by the ultraviolet rays and/or visible rays 7 is dropped and molding blocks are closed after a voice coil 2 is arranged at a predetermined position on the female mold 1A having a surface formed almost in a vibration cone shape. The ultraviolet rays and/or visible rays 7 are irradiated from the outside of a mold which is penetrated with the ultraviolet rays and/or visible rays 7, and the resin 4 is hardened to form a vibration cone 8.
