PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an immunoreaction measuring method, an immunoreaction measuring kit and an immunoreaction measuring apparatus capable of measuring easily, highly sensitively and highly precisely an object substance to be measured in a sample, even when a measuring concentration range required for inspection is two figures or more.;SOLUTION: This immunoreaction measuring method for measuring the object substance in the sample includes a process A for bringing te sample into contact with a plurality of specific binding substances bound specifically to the object substance, a process B for measuring an optical characteristic of the sample, and a process C for determining quantitatively a concentration of the object substance in the sample, based on the optical characteristic measured in the process B, affinities of the specific binding substances to the plurality of object substance are different each other in the process A, and the plurality of object substance are labeled with pigments different, respectively, in the process B.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
