PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a message with the same content from being sent and to improve a communication efficiency when the position of a self-vehicle is notified to the other party through the use of electronic mail. ;SOLUTION: An on-vehicle electronic mail terminal 1a produces a sending message, based on the position of a own-vehicle which is detected by navigation ECU 1b and automatically sends it to a mail server 2. The timing of automatic transmission is limited to only when the self-vehicle travels a prescribed distance, when a link number changes or when deviation is made a prescribed value or more than an appointed schedule.
