PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide bands for preventing the drop-out of mouthpieces capable of preventing the drop-out of the mouthpieces, and mouthpieces, and an orthodontic appliance including these.;SOLUTION: The orthodontic appliance 1 includes a pair of the bands 3 and 4 for preventing the drop-out of the mouthpieces which are respectively mounted on molar teeth M1 and M2 and the mouthpieces 5 which cover the bands 3 and 4 and are mounted on the teeth 2.
