PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a simplified compact system which can perform a stable and efficient combined treatment of sewerage cleaning sludge, raw night soil or septic tank sludge, reducing the amount of used dilution water, construction cost and maintenance cost. PSOLUTION: The combined treatment of sewerage cleaning sludge, raw night soil or septic tank sludge comprises a sewerage cleaning sludge treatment process 1, a raw night soil or septic tank sludge treatment process 2, and a mixing dilution discharge process 3. The sewerage cleaning sludge treatment process comprises a first receiving tank for receiving sludge, a first impurity removing device 12 for removing impurities, a washing and separating device for washing the sludge and separating the sludge into washed earth and sand, and earth and sand washing water, and a settling tank 14 for separating the earth and sand washing water. The raw night soil or septic tank sludge treatment process comprises a second receiving tank for receiving sludge, a second impurity removing device 22 for separating screen residues, and a storage tank for storing a liquid from which the residues have been removed. In the mixing and dilution discharge process 3, supernatant water and the liquid from which the residues have been removed are mixed, and diluted with the dilution water.
