PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a practical and high-precision search result considering even user's internal factors present in the background of an operation history.;SOLUTION: Each user terminal 10 collects operation histories of operations such as user's Web operation, mail operation, file operation, and various application operations and estimates operation reasons (internal factors such as user's purpose, taste, interest, concern, and skill level which are present in the background of each operation history) of the user related to the operation history and generates contexts including the operation reasons and operation histories, and stores them in a context DB 15d. For example, when accepting a prescribed operation reason as the search key of a browsing request, each user terminal 10 searches a pertinent context from the context DB 15d with this operation reason as the search key and displays a context hit by the search.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
