PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chemical agent liquid-volatilizing material also used as an indicator, capable of indicating three stages comprising a state containing the chemical agent liquid in a larger amount than a prescribed amount, a state containing the chemical agent liquid in a smaller amount than the prescribed amount and a state perfectly not containing the chemical agent liquid. ;SOLUTION: A substrate 11 has the first color (e.g. blue color) and is formed from a chemical agent liquid-permeable material in a sheet-like shape. A coating layer 12 is formed on the surface of the substrate 11 by coating a coating material with a printing device, has the second color (e.g. white color) different from the first color as a ground color, can be permeated with a chemical agent liquid, and gives a relatively low reflective index in a chemical agent liquidimpregnated state and a relatively high reflective index in a chemical agent liquid-eliminated state.
