Composition for care or cleansing the skin, method for checking radiant appearance to skin and cosmetic composition for skin care.This is a cosmetic composition for skin care that can confer properties of appearance desired by the consumer of natural radiance of the skin.Which contains particles of simple flat plate type solid crystals which have a refractive index of 1.8 to 2.2, and the composition has less than 20% opacity.Preferably an opacity of less than 10%.The particles of the plate type include preferably bismuth chloride oxide, aluminum oxide, zirconium oxide, boron nitride, solid solutions and mixtures of these.Is also presented a method to give the appearance of radiant skin, especially in the facial area, by applying to the skin of the composition of the invention.
