The invention relates to computer engineering and can be used for determining ordinal multicriterion appraisal depending on expert's competency and criteria importance in the process of taking decisions according to the expert analysis.The invention use increases objectivity and reliability of decision taking due to group ranking according to each criterion in view of expert's competency and subsequent resulting group ranking taking into account the criteria relative importance. This, in its turn, allows to get reliable expert estimates independently of subjective experts preferences.The device comprises groups of input and output registers, groups of multiplier units, groups of delay elements, adder groups, groups of indication units, a generator of clock pulses and a pulse distributor.
