The present invention is related to hands-free systems activated by means of a voluntary cephalic movement. Said system allows a user to control a system to be manipulated by means of intuitive and natural cephalic movements. The Hands-Free Activated System (HFAS) consists in a holder attached to the user's body, said holder comprising emitters and receivers connected to an electronic control unit, which provides a digital or electronic output signal controlled by the cephalic movements of the user. The system is actuated while the head of the user is turned from one side to another, so that an activation electronic signal is generated by the HFAS.
